Hi Rakesh,

There is not a formal POST during boot. Is there anything in particular that you concerned about?

Hi Ralphf,

Thanks for the information,
Is there anything in particular that you concerned about?
yes,
My concerned about RAM, Cache, and the basic peripherals,
can we expect any development to be done here ?

Regards
Rakesh

Hi Rakesh,

Depending on your use case, there is some coverage for the RAM and caches.

For testing memory, you could use UBoot as there are memory read, write and compare commands. As for the caches, the FU540 has ECC protection (single bit error correct, double bit error detect) on the L1 and L2 caches. On the L1 caches single bit errors can’t be tracked, but they can be tracked for the L2 cache. Double bit errors will raise an exception on the L1 cache and optionally an interrupt for the L2 cache.

Ralph
