Is there a BSDL file available for the EIC7700X SoC?

I’m looking for the BSDL file for EIC7700X SoC.
Is it available?

EIC7700X SoC supports boundary scan and we have BSDL file, however, currently the HiFive Premier P550 Dev Board doesn’t support boundary scan, it would need hardware revision to support it.
