How to increase physical address to 40 bits?

I would like to increase the physical address bits to 40 bits to increase the external connected memory size, how do I do it in BoomV2?

How do I increase the rocket-chip memory addressing to 40 bits?

I need to get to 1TB memory from rocket to start with.
