I don’t think that we have a datasheet for the U540-C000 as we don’t sell it as a separate part.
The page Jim points you to has the public doc describing the FU540, though this is short of being a full data sheet as it lacks package/electrical information that we’d include if we were selling it as a discrete part.

i am writing Linux kernel program for UART application in U540 board, as am doing for UART loop back, when shoted Tx and Rx the board getting hanged up ,let me know any suggestion from u r side.
