I have read the debug module descriptions in 23 and 24 of the Freedom U540 manual. Now I need to verify the Freedom U500. I need to use registers to send interrupts to stop the core and enter single-step debugging. I would like to ask if the register codes of U500 and U540 are different. Can I directly refer to the U540 to verify the U500?
