Unfortunately my HiFive arrived with a disconnected USB Plug.
Is there any chance that I can Program it over another connection.

Meanwhile, I’ll double check with the team but unfortunately I don’t believe there is another way to easily program it

Sorry, there isn’t a good way to program the board short of soldering something. Crowd Supply will get you a replacement ASAP if you ping them, in the meantime, there is this user’s hack (kidding):
