Downloading configuration file - Windows Lab edition - getting error

I am loading the SiFive u500 on VCU707 board, I get following error when running with Vivado lab edition -

[Labtools 27-3144] Invalid option: Byte 50593792 does not match (FF != 00)

Any help appreciated.
