Chiplink TX Clock Frequency

What is the Chiplink TX clock frequency? Looking at the receiving side on IOFPGA, I see that rxPLL input clock frequency in set to 200MHz. Does it mean that TX clock frequency on HiFive Unleashed is fixed at 200MHz?

The HiFive Unleashed TX clock = a copy of the RX clock. This lets the FPGA set the frequency so it can work with more boards. 200MHz is as fast as I could get it to run reliably.
