connect 350W ATX power， after power on ， the CPU fan flash 1s then shutdown, press power on key, no any response, there only one D23 led on, no infomation output on serial , i want to confirm if this board is bad, need return to repaire?purchsed only 2 months
Have you tried the checks suggested here?
If it was me I’d be contacting SiFive support for assistance.
One thought is that the power supply is under loaded. Some power supplies require a minimum load on some rail(s) to regulate and this Unmatched board as configured in the picture isn’t much of a load for a 350W power supply.
Would you be able to plug in other devices to increase the power load on the ATX power supply. You could even use the other power connectors from the power supply to power disk drives, large fans, etc?
It’s hard to guess which supply voltage may need more load but maybe one of the higher current rails 3.3V or 5V but possibly the 12V?
