What is the privileged isa version e300 and u500 support?

what is the privileged isa version e300 and u500 support?
and i found recently freedom platform release a new version, is the privileged isa updated?

I think you are asking what version is currently supported on github.com/sifive/freedom repository? It is up to date with the latest priviledged spec (1.10).

On the FE310-G000/ HiFive1 the Priv spec is version 1.9.1, which is compatible with 1.10.
