I am trying to work out which USER & PRIV ISA spec the HiFive Unleashed implements ?
From the documentation I can find, I am presuming it is (Chapter 26) :-
USER Level ISA 2.1
(this is actually unclear in the PDF doocument SiFive FU540-C000 Manual
v1p0, there are references to both 2.1 and 2.2)
PRIV Level ISA 1.10
Please confirm if this is correct, if it does implements PRIV ISA 1.10, can you confirm that this change in PRIV ISA 1.11 - should not exist in the hardware
The virtual-memory system no longer permits supervisor mode to execute instructions from user pages, regardless of the SUM setting.
So to clarify, for the FU540 (PRIV ISA 1.10) it should be permissible for supervisor mode to execute instructions from user pages ?
