I am happy to announce the release of new toolchain and OpenOCD binaries. The tools can be downloaded directly from the SiFive website via the link below.

New features in this release are:
- Binutils 2.32, GCC 8.2.0, GDB 8.3.0, latest OpenOCD
- Support for RV32E
- Smaller packages (compiled without debug info)
