Scheduler benchmark (hackbench) degradation with 5.10.x kernel versions

Hi,
I executed hackbench(Intel-lkp) on linux kernel versions 5.10.11, 5.10.19, 5.10.22 & 5.10.25. I see the degradation with kernel version 5.10.22 & 5.10.25 as compared to 5.10.19. What could be the reason for it? Can someone please help to understand reason behind it?
