Power consumption of E31 Coreplex in uW/MHz

It was reported that power consumption of E31 Coreplex (Core only) is 150 DMIPS/mW in 28nm process and 95 DMIPS/mW in 55nm process. If performance is 1.61 DMIPS/MHz can we say that power consumption is 10.73 uW/MHz in 28nm process and 16.94 uW/MHz in 55nm process ?

Math says DMIPS/MHz / DMIPS/mW = mW/MHz. So, yes.

Within limits, of course. The power consumption at 0 MHz isn’t 0 uW, and at some high MHz it’ll start to go rather non-linear as well.
