How to enable L3 and PL2 Performance Monitor events in Linux perf

EIC7700X SoC TRM mentions “PL2 Performance Monitor” and “L3 Performance Monitor”.
Is there a way to enable corresponding L2 and L3 performance events in Linux perf? Should there be L2&L3 PMU drivers? We can only see core hpm events in perf now.
