Kexec and kdump tools

Hi,
i am trying to install kexec and kdump but its giving an error,unable to locate package.I want to know whether these tools are supported with RISC v or not? If suported then how can i install and use it?

Independently of the OS distribution package issue that you’re encountering, it’s unlikely that the kernel that you’re using supports it, since support for kexec hasn’t been merged yet in mainline.

Hi,
what about kdump? i want to use if for debugging then how i should proceed to use it??
And if kexec is not there then how to get the logs when kernel becomes hard-panic?
