Initial OTP programming of FE310 chips

I purchased a Five-pack of FE310 Chips from CrowdSupply and I am about to place them on a PCB. I have read about the boot process and the jump via OTP on reset.

Is the OTP already programmed in these chips and if not is there an example? I read the instructions for programming the OTP one bit at a time with lots of testing and retries and it didn’t look like something I wanted to develop unless I had to.
