Cpu core complext test

Hi Team,

             I want to validate CPU performance and how each CPU is involved, which core is stressing more while distributing work from one core to another core. I want to verify the CPU performance as well. Both U-boot and kernel side.
  1. core complex test
  2. memory test

Can you please share the data or procedure? How can I validate it?
