I was wondering if there is any plan to allow everyone to contribute to the documentations? I was not able to find any repository on SiFive Github accounts.

At this time, we don’t have the PDF documents source available. We are happy to take feedback and corrections to incorporate in the next revisions.
If you’d like to contribute more directly, you could contribute a PR to any of the READMEs for any of the projects.
